At WRAPLO, we provide a complete activewear manufacturing process in Vietnam, producing high-quality sports leggings and sports bras for global brands. Every stage of production is carefully managed to ensure consistency, comfort, and durability.
Our process begins with design and development, where we create sketches or use CAD software to produce detailed tech packs. For leggings, we consider style, fit, fabric, and special features such as waist height or pockets. For bras, we focus on support levels, comfort, and functionality for different types of sports activities.
Once the design is finalized, we move to pattern making and cutting. Precision is crucial here: patterns are prepared and fabrics are cut into exact shapes and sizes to guarantee the right fit and performance. This step ensures consistency across leggings and bras.
The sewing stage is carried out by skilled workers or automated machines, depending on the product. This includes stitching seams, adding elastic waistbands, inserting cups, and attaching any design features or embellishments.
Throughout production, we perform strict quality control checks. Our inspectors monitor stitching, fabric flaws, sizing accuracy, and finishing to ensure that every garment meets international standards.
After sewing, we complete finishing touches such as hemming, pressing, labeling, and adding brand tags. These details enhance both the appearance and the durability of the garments.
Finally, products move to packaging and distribution. Leggings and bras are carefully packed — often with polybags, hang tags, size labels, and care instructions — before being prepared for shipping. From Vietnam, we distribute worldwide using FOB, serving retailers, wholesalers, and direct-to-consumer brands.
